Built from the ground up with AI, SEMINE's foundation is a key driver of our success and the positive feedback we receive from customers. In 2025, we are expanding our AI investments to go beyond the automation and cost savings often associated with the initial phase of AI adoption. Our focus will be on introducing advanced functionalities, enabling more users—across new markets and larger enterprises—to leverage the full potential of our AI platform.
Last year, we strengthened our position in Sweden and successfully established ourselves in Finland. We are now expanding into Denmark to ensure a strong Nordic presence. The Nordic market is highly digitized and known as an early adopter of technology, making it a priority for growth as we plan further expansion.

Has AI become mainstream, or are there new areas where the technology will grow?
In recent years, AI has gained significant attention and experienced substantial growth. Particularly in generative AI, many have witnessed how easily it can assist with everyday challenges. AI is powerful in automating tasks, learning from past work, and independently performing these tasks swiftly and accurately without human intervention. Anyone who has worked with SEMINE is well aware of this.
Moving forward, we aim to utilize the technology to a greater extent to provide detailed decision-making insights. AI's strength in identifying patterns and anomalies opens new possibilities that SEMINE will offer its users. For example, detecting patterns across invoices—such as recurring invoices from a supplier—where users are presented with similarities, deviations, and trends from month to month, will enhance efficiency and quality in invoice processing for their business.

User experience in focus
In 2024, we focused on modernizing the user experience, and this remains a priority in 2025 as well. The user experience is crucial for leveraging the full potential of AI-based solutions. Natural language interaction is important, along with minimizing the need for extensive training. Moreover, modern solutions should offer assistance and benefits traditionally lacking in this type of software.
As we launch SEMINE in more markets, it's a huge advantage that the solution is well-suited for entities managing numerous clients. Whether it's large accounting firms with many customers or corporations comprising multiple legal entities, such organizations require a tool flexible enough to help them perform better within these structures.
Localization and partnerships
Linguistic localization for several new markets is another focus area, including ensuring we have seamless integrations with the most widely used ERP systems in the regions where we deliver SEMINE. This involves local adaptations in configuration and meeting country-specific requirements for accounting processes or workflows. Simultaneously, continued internationalization means much of the growth must occur through partners. To facilitate this, implementing SEMINE will become more standardized and automated. This in combination with a robust training and certification program, will enable new partners to quickly deliver successful projects.
Insights and analysis
The SEMINE platform extracts data from both head and line-level in processed invoices. Until now, we've encouraged customers to utilize this information in third-party tools for further processing and value addition. However, we increasingly recognize the benefits of incorporating more functionality directly into SEMINE, simplifying the process for customers to maximize value from their data.
