A Newly Established Consulting and Accounting Firm

BroMar is a newly established consulting and accounting firm that focuses on production and industrial companies with revenue between NOK 10-150 million. Based in Northern Norway, they assist clients across the country. Managing Director Glenn Håvar Brottveit explains that, as a startup, they had the advantage of choosing the most modern financial systems and work processes from the outset, without unnecessary legacy costs.

– All our systems and tools are cloud-based and fully integrated. We have managed to automate most of our processes, resulting in significant efficiency gains. We believe this combination of higher quality and lower costs will be highly appreciated by many of our future clients, Brottveit says.

Brottveit further explains that during their search for software that could automate the invoice workflow, it was crucial that the solution actually worked.

– We found that only SEMINE could automate the entire invoice workflow, whether the invoice arrived via EHF or as a PDF by email. We were focused on ensuring the technology could replace manual intervention, otherwise, we would just end up with system costs and wage costs, Brottveit explains.

 

Boosting Profitability with Automation

By letting SEMINE handle invoice processing, BroMar frees up a lot of time, which they can use to help their clients increase profitability.

– Our clients are often surprised that we manage both accounting and provide sound business advice – all at the same or lower cost than they currently pay.
