Four simple steps for a successful SEMINE project

Preparation
To ensure the process is as efficient as possible, several actions can be taken while SEMINE is being installed and before it goes live. One such action is defining and communicating clear invoicing requirements to suppliers. Setup
After the kickoff meeting and integration setup, a day is scheduled for training and preparation with superusers. If you’re already using one of the more common cloud-based financial solutions with standardized integrations, you can start using SEMINE within a month after placing the order.
Learning
In the period following implementation, it's best to let the AI work without interference. The algorithm learns from repetition and feedback. When training the AI engine, it might be more efficient in some companies to program the algorithm based on defined parameters. We guide you through the entire process.

The goal of every project is to achieve as close to full automation as possible. SEMINE becomes more accurate in suggesting postings, enriching line data, and more with each processed invoice. When SEMINE provides consistent and correct predictions, invoices can automatically be posted to the accounting system if desired.
